Email details within Toniq are used for sending messages to patients and prescribers, as well as some extracts for providing information to third parties (e.g. IMS and Sellcheck extracts).
In Dispensary, these settings are found under:
- 7. Administration > 1. Setup > 8. Pharmacy setup > 3. Email setup
or in Retail under:
- 7. Administration > 1. Setup > 7. Store setup > 2. Email setup
NB: If uncertain of your SMTP server, check with Toniq. If it is a common email provider we may be able to assist, else your hardware person can advise you.
Setting an email address on your Store for the first time
In Dispensary or Retail (this only needs to be done once per Store) go to:
- 7. Administration > 1. Setup > 8. Pharmacy > 1. Store Setup (for Dispensary)
- 7. Administration 1. Setup > 7. Store Setup > 1. Store Setup (for Retail)
Under the Email field press the spacebar and select your newly set up email address:
