Would you like Retail to prompt about any outstanding parked transactions/Rxs for your client? If so, then we have a solution for you!

From the Main Menu:

  • 7 Administration, 1 Setup, 8 General options
  • Tick “Check for parked client transactions at tender”
  • F12 [Accept Details]
  • Escape twice to get back to the Main Menu

Processing Sales

  • 1 POS, 1 POS Selling, Seller log on
  • Select the client [F5]
  • Scan items/Rx
  • F12 [Tender]
  • When a client is attached to the sale Retail will now check and advise about any remaining parked transactions/Rxs

  • You can either Continue with tendering, Go to parked transactions or Return to POS sale (to amend any transaction details)
  • Complete the sale as per normal
