The lookup can be accessed from multiple locations:
On the RX entry Screen
- Via F10 Other before or after selecting a prescriber ( see screenshot below)
- Via F4 Lookup I/Net at specialist recommendation, before or after selecting a specialist.
On the prescriber screen
- F10 Other after pressing New Rx'r or Edit Rx'r on the Rx entry screen.
Adding/Updating Prescribers from the register.
The function keys on the lookup enable existing prescriber details to be correct, updated, even added.
NB: Full addresses are not shown or updated since we have been advised that these are often inaccurate.
