To create a list of medicines given to a patient/care facility over the last few months use the Medication Appearance Report.

  • 3. Reports
  • 3. Medicine Reports
  • 5. Medication Appearance

Select an existing report if suitable or press New F3

  • Give the report a name e.g. Patient Meds 2016
  • Select a date range e.g 01/12/16 to 12/12/16
  • Select a patient or an institution or tick Show Medicine Photos if you use these
  • The sort order will be Brand by default but this can be changed to Generic, Colour or Shape
