Are your Clubs tracking products correctly?

Use the Club Details Report to check that your clubs are recording the correct products. It’s a great way to check up on your Pharmacist Only MedicinesClub (before the auditor does).

From the Main Menu:

  • 5 Clubs, 4 Club Reports, 2 Club Card Details
  • Change the Start Date to the first day of last month
  • Press spacebar in the Club field and select the Club (eg Pharmacist Only Medicines)
  • F12 [Accept Details]
  • F10 [View Screens]

Review the resulting report

In particular you want to check:

  • that only the correct products for this club are being tracked

  • whether any additional products being tracked that should not be (on your Pharmacist Only Medicines Club) 

  • that the Pharmacist has been recorded as the Seller or as an additional ‘tracked’ product in the sale

Review products belonging to the Club

To change the products being tracked go into:

  • 5 Clubs, 1 Maintain Clubs
  • Press spacebar to select the required Club
  • Use the F3 [Add] and F5 [Remove] options to select the correct collection types
  • F12 [Accept Details]
