Toniq Limited

Toniq currently supports many suppliers for electronic ordering directly from our software. Some of these suppliers provide immediate answerbacks for the orders, other answerbacks are supplied automatically once available.

From the Main Menu in Retail:

• 2 [Stock Control], 7 [Maintain Suppliers]
• Find and recall the supplier in question (or F3 to add a new supplier if necessary)

There are 3 fields you must complete:

1. Your Customer No
2. The EO URL field
3. Auto fetch answer back (refer to the list as to whether to tick or not)

• F12 [Accept Details]

As new Online supplier configurations become available we will display this as a ‘message from Toniq’ (above your Diary Task reminders in the Retail program).
