You can recall your ‘top customers’ from many areas of the Retail program. Which area you use is normally determined by whether you have been maintaining customer or club card details (or both) and what you want to do with the list produced.


Maintain Contacts in Bulk: (recommended)

  • 4 [Contacts/Clients], 4 [Maintain Contacts in Bulk]
  • reviews sales transactions from all Clients in your database
  • utilises customer details & flags from the CLIENT/PATIENT record
  • lets you select from particular transaction dates, item/value counts, product ranges, clubs and much more
  • additional criteria can be added or removed in bulk
  • you can print lists, print labels, export customer details, email or text from the generated list
    (NB: Texting is available to registered stores only – call Toniq for details)
  • sort your list (eg value or item count) and then select the number of ‘contacts’ required (eg top 200)
  • recalls all clients with the ability to include/exclude ‘Allows Promotional mail’ flagged customers
  • you choose what information to ‘output’ as text, PDF or CSV (on page 2)


Maintain Club Cards in Bulk:

  • 5 [Clubs ], 3 [Maintain Club Cards in Bulk]
  • reviews sales transactions from Club Card members in your database
  • utilises customer details & flags from the CLUB CARD record
  • lets you select from particular clubs, bonus balances, transaction dates, item/value counts, product ranges and much more
  • additional criteria can be added or removed in bulk
  • sort your list using numerous options and then select the number of ‘club card members’ required (eg top 200)
  • you can print lists, labels and export customer details from the generated list

  • recalls all club card members with the ability to include/exclude ‘Allows Promotional mail’ flagged customers
  • you choose what details to ‘output’ as text, PDF, XML or CSV (page 2)


Club Mailing List:

  • 5 [Clubs], 4 [Club reports], 1 [Mail List]
  • reviews sales transactions from Club Card members in your database
  • utilises customer details & flags from the CLUB CARD record
  • only includes club card records where customer has agreed to Promotional mail (ie the No Promo flags have been unset)
  • lets you select from particular transaction dates, item/value counts, product ranges, clubs and much more
  • additional criteria can be added or removed in bulk (using F7, F8)
  • the list is exported and can be saved to Floppy, Hard drive or a User selected location
  • you can print labels for the selected club card members
  • you choose what information to ‘output’ (on page 2)
  • name the Report to save the criteria for future use




  • When using Maintain Contacts and Club Cards in Bulk remember to consider the ‘Allow Promotional’ flags - in the interests of consumer privacy

To check your Mail labels are configured BEFORE generating lists:

  • 7 [Administration], 1 [Setup], 2 [Workstation Configuration], 1 [Devices Setup]
  • There should be a Dispensary or A4 printer selected under Mail label (spacebar to select)


Dispensary label config: Margins = 160, 20, 700, 610 / Font size = 14 / Page 2 [F11] Label Cols / Rows = 1 & 1

A4 Printer label config: Margins = (set as required)  / Font size = 8  / Page 2 [F11] Label Cols / Rows = (No. of columns & rows)
