Retail now records deleted items within a transaction. This makes it easy for you to see what items were voided from a transaction.  This means you can report on voids to investigate what item was voided (regardless of whether you opt to see the deleted items in the POS Selling screen). 


From the main menu:

  • 6 Reports, 4 Audit/Utility reports, 8 Transaction audit
  • F3 Add and give the report a name so you can use this template again in the future
  • Enter a relevant Start and End date as required
  • [Optional] Select a particular member of staff in the Seller/Teller field
  • Tick Show full transaction
  • F11 and in the ‘Show’ area tick Show Deleted Items
  • In the Transaction type area tick Voided sales only
