On occasions, after sending an online order, you may find that it has not updated as usual. This is normally due to the ‘answerback’ timing out when communicating with the supplier’s server. If this is the case, then try manually requesting the answerback. To do this follow the steps below:

  • From the main menu select 2. Stock Control
  • 1. Orders
  • 2. Edit orders
  • Select the sent order concerned
  • F10 Other
  • R Request answerback (this option is ONLY available if Toniq has NOT received an answerback)




This should then update your order accordingly with the correct costings etc.
